SELF STORAGE FACILITIES
Customer's Goods Legal Liability Coverage against loss or damage to the customer's personal property for which the insured may become legally liable, including property stored in the open. Also includes defense against allegations.
Sale & Disposal Legal Liability Coverage for claims against the insured for negligent acts arising from the lockout, sale, removal or disposal of customer's property when reclaiming rented space for which rental or other charges are delinquent or unpaid. Also includes defense against allegations.
Business Property Replacement cost coverage on buildings and business personal property. Covers direct risk of physical loss, no co-insurance.
Business Income Coverage for a full 15 months of business income and extra expenses incurred, with up to 180 days of payment following reconstruction while storage spaces are being re-rented. Conventional coverage ends upon reconstruction of the buildings.
Comprehensive Business Liability Coverage on an occurrence basis including premises and operations, products, personal injury, advertising injury, medical payments, hired and non-owned automobile liability, plus other coverage.
Course of Construction Comprehensive coverage for buildings, personal property, equipment and fences during construction. Also includes theft of building materials at job sites.
Limited Pollutant Removal Pays for costs to remove pollutants from a storage unit. Coverage is afforded to all the spaces at the insured facility, not just to units that are rented after the date of coverage.
Employee Resident Manager's / Personal Liability Personal Liability coverage for resident managers.
Employee Dishonesty Covers loss of money and other business personal property belonging to the insured by dishonest or fraudulent acts of the insured's employees.
